ABOUT THE COLLECTION

Plastic Buckettt is a curated collection of customized apparel. Ranging from clean minimalism to grungy streetwear, the collection is always evolving and growing. With a mix of vintage and modern, you will see brands and styles you know and love reimagined in new ways, including Carhartt, Dickies, Converse, Fear of God, YSL, Dior, Versace, Nahmias, Rick Owens, Wrangler, Pendleton, Levi's, Lee, Stussy, Vans, Nike, Dr. Martens, Harley Davidson, and many more.

THE PROCESS

Plastic Buckettt was started out of a love for reworking secondhand garments. Each individual piece receives a new identity, most often through a unique bleach treatment process done by hand. In other cases, change happens through dye treatments, distressing, or alterations. Most items have small signs of wear like nicks, tiny marks, etc., customary for secondhand garments, but some items are new. Fast fashion has damaged art's relationship with style. We can all contribute to the healing.
