Refund policy

Upon shipment reception
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any questions at plasticbuckettt@gmail.com.

Non-refundable items
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the items being 1 of 1, hand treated, and secondhand, we do not offer refunds at this time. The only exceptions are in the instance of an item purchased being the wrong size and not fitting. In these instances, an exchange will be credited. No refunds are available. 

Exchanges
To coordinate an exchange for your non-fitting item, please email plasticbuckettt@gmail.com. That is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. We will coordinate a return shipment of your purchased item. The exchange amount will be the original purchase price of the originally purchased item, prior to taxes and fees. That amount will be available for credit on the site, for purchase of a different item. If the new item you'd like to purchase is a higher price than your original purchase, you will pay the difference. No refund portion will be given if your new item is a lower price than your original purchase. Taxes and fees are non-refundable or exchangeable.
