Adaptation Convertible Denim Cargo Pant in Pacific / MULTIPLE SIZES

As a new interpretation of the convertible pant concept, we introduce the Adaption Convertible Denim Cargo Pant.

We have combined elements from several pant categories (snap away athletic pants, denim jeans, zip-off convertible pants, and carpenter work pants), and the result is a perfect hybrid of understated and elevated.

For the launch, only 12 pairs were produced. Each pair is hand-bleached, with a unique finish of various dark blue tones for each pair, reminiscent of the vast waters of the Pacific Ocean. The vaporous texture is subtle and meant to coalesce with your existing closet. Refer to the image gallery for examples of the fabric finish variations. 

The fabric is a heavyweight denim, utilized for durability and longevity. The break-in process was kickstarted by our bleach treatment, and the pants' slight rigidity will continue to soften and break in with further washes and wear. Refer to the bottom of this product description for wash/care instructions.

These pants are a relaxed fit and roomy through the leg. They can be styled as baggy and worn on the hips, or straight relaxed and worn at the waist. 

There is a snap button cargo pocket on the outer shin of each pant leg, as well as 2 chore-style hand pockets and 2 chore-style rear pockets. 

The convertible function is uniquely built around snap buttons instead of the common zipper. This was a stylistic decision (we've not yet seen this version) and a functional decision; if zippers break on a traditional convertible pant, the pants completely lose function, but if a snap button breaks, each pant leg still has 5 snap buttons to hold the pant leg in place like normal, extending the useful life of your pants. This is a combination of creativity and longevity.

When worn as shorts, the shorts hit just above the knee.

Models in photos are both wearing 34 waist, and are 6'1" & 6'2" and 175lb & 165lb.

Wash & care: We recommend washing separately, in cold water, for the first few washes. Gentle cycles are recommended for both washing machine and dryer cycle. After a few washes separately, the Adaptation jeans may then be combined in with your similar colors and fabrics (ie. your other denim jeans, denim jackets, etc.) and washed in cold water with them.
