This is a custom, 1 of 1, Helmut Lang hoodie, originally from the Autumn/Winter 2018 collection. 

Hoodie has classic Helmut Lang callout on chest, and a standard fit throughout.   

The hoodie began as solid black, prior to treatment. Hoodie is marked as Men's Medium, but is unisex.
