This is a custom, 1 of 1, Hudson Denim Moto Jacket. This is the "Cynic" style from Hudson, and retailed originally for $450, when new. 

The jacket is marked as a Women's Small.

The jacket began as a solid satin black jacket (Hudson called it "Piston"), before receiving a subtle bleaching treatment.
